You are NOT rating the best rough cut, but rather, the ones you think have the most potential to be the best (even if they need a lot of work). We've set up a rating system from 1 through 5: 1 = least potential, 5 = most potential.
In order for your vote to count, you must answer the following two questions in the 'comments' dialogue box: 1) Does this One Minute effectively address the theme of "young people taking a stand, speaking out and making a difference?" Why? Why not? 2) Can you easily see the 'dramatic arch' with a climax and resolution to the story?
