this is a great film about a forgotten topic. we often justify treating "criminals" like they have no rights and have no future. this film shows that we often go way too far in how we deal with "troublemaking" kids. there is no justification for 16 year-olds to be placed in maximum security lockdown where they are neglected and potentially abused. this film should be a wake-up call for the rest of us. its amazing that we have to rely on high school kids to bring such an important issue to our attention.
