Life on the Reservation was produced in 2006 by 8 young artists living in the small village of Kego Lake, located on the Leech Lake Reservation in Minnesota. These young artists worked together for 2 summers to collectively produced this documentary. All of the artists are under the age of 18 and identify as Anishinabe. Below we are providing the biography of one of the project’s leader’s – Danielle White. She has been leading the Ogichidaakweg Program (Sisters in Leadership) since 2004 and was responsible for the quality of content and continuity within the work.

I especially like the opening to this video. And I found your video really enjoyable to watch. There were times when it seemed a bit unfocused (or it seemed to go off on a tangent), but in the end I enjoyed the whole thing (tangents and all).
