Though I would have liked to see more creativity in the footage this film touches upon and important issue facing American society. The story of this couple is not one uncommon, but often unheard. Bringing to the forefront a story which captures the sensitivity behind equality. This film proves all the more reason the need for gay marriage to be legalized in America. Had this couple been married, they would have shared the same privileges as any other couple. Beyond civil unions - marriage equality is the true right. Just as Brown v. Board of Ed proved that separate can never be equal... Keep making great media!
