While peers talking to peers is usually a strong technique, this one falls short. Why is he wearing sunglasses? And he sounds like he's reading from a script. I was expecting a more dramatic ending, like a zoom out to show the young man was in a wheel chair or something.

You did a very good job at explaining how you can change your life if you quit the old habits. If only some would follow your advice then maybe high schoolers wouldn't have this problem.
