Cell Phone Nightmare
With birthday cash in hand, John Doe heads to the mall to purchase his first cell phone. One unread contract, several phone calls, who knows how many pictures, and one dropped cell phone later, John Doe gets a bill that he's not quite prepared for.

Good choice for your topic. I know many students who thoughtlessly use their cell phones and then complain when their bills are high. I think it is important to inform others about cell phones.
