What a great topic! I enjoy hearing what your interviewees have to say. Nice use of b-roll. My two suggestions would be to try to leave a little less head room over your interviewees heads and try diversifying the types of shots of your interviewees (some medium close-ups or medium shots would be nice). Thanks for sharing - I really enjoyed your work!
